Thank you for choosing EverAfter. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience possible in creating your digital wedding invitations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Digital Products and Refunds

Our service provides a platform to create and publish digital wedding invitations. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, once an invitation has been successfully published and a payment of LKR 500 has been processed, the service is considered consumed.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same invitation due to a technical error.
• You have paid for the invitation but our system failed to publish it or grant you access.
• You request a cancellation and refund before the digital invitation link has been actively shared or used by your guests, within 7 days of the initial transaction.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Certain circumstances are non-refundable. These include:

• Change of mind after the invitation has been successfully published and shared.
• Postponement or cancellation of the event itself.
• Dissatisfaction with the design after it has been explicitly approved and paid for.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and approve your refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
